Seda Nuvali

The breakfast was phenomenal, especially the weekend breakfast in the big ballroom! The staff was also stellar - simply a top-performing team. I like that we could walk around the lake nearby, but that we could also go to the mall across the street. There were many dining and shopping options nearby. We travel to the Philippines often and sometimes experience "intestinal distress" (haha) - we had no issues from breakfast or room service at Seda. Everything was expertly and hygienically prepared.

Pools were pretty nice, breakfast was the full large spectrum with good quality. This I cannot put as a negative side, but the staff was so polite and service friendly that we, as northern europeans, felt at times a little puzzled when everybody called us "sir" and "madam", opening doors for us, greeting every time we went across each other etc.. so service was definitely very good, but we are just not used to that and felt strange :)

it’s a very good quick getaway coz it takes only 1 &1/2 hr drive from metro Manila and the first thing you will notice is how great the customer service are from the guard to the doorman, to the concierge ,bell boys, chamber maids, to waiters/waitresses to the pool staff..it makes your stay at ease and enjoyable!😊 kudos to all the staff and management who trained this people keep it up!❤️

check-in was smooth. the rooms were clean and comfy. the poolside was also very comfortable. The food was good as well. The staff was easy to approach and was always smiling.
